North Springs Charter School - Artist in Residence / Educator - 2000 - Present
    
    • Founder of the Broadcast and Film Department – Establishing a degree major in the only Dual Magnet program in the state of Georgia
    • Curriculum designer for Magnet Film Major
    • Established the state wide Film Festival - “Show us your Shorts” showcasing outstanding high school filmmakers.
    • Helped grow several award winning filmmakers including International Media Festival winners 
    • Sponsor the student reviewer’s circle with the Tony award winning Alliance Theatre

Michael Mann Talent – Junior Agent – Talent Scout - 1998 - 1999
    
    • Clients included Wes Studi, Joan Collins and George Lazenby 
    • Served as key point of contact between actors, casting directors and producers in a busy agency
    • Maintained constant communication and developed relationships with - Paramount,
    Warner Brothers, Sony, and Fox Studios.
    • Implemented an intern program with USC, UCLA and AFI
    • Coordinated interviews and auditions and screenings for new and established     talent

Upstate Shakespeare Festival – Founding Executive Director - 1995 - 1998

    • Co-Founder of Upstate South Carolina’s first resident Shakespeare company
    • Created free summer Shakespeare festival to rave success (both critical and box     office)
    • Established a successful touring production
    • Implemented an intern program with The Fine Arts Center (Greenville County     Schools) in which students were involved in productions and attended classes taught by professional theatre artists
    • Fostered a relationship with the parks and recreation department resulting in refurbishing facilities and generating more foot traffic through creating a performance venue
    • Worked with others creating a cohesive team that invested in the success of the
    company in cooperation with a 501c3 and the county and city governments.

The Warehouse Theater – Education Director / Producer / Director - 1994 - 1998

    • Established The Warehouse Theatre School and served as a key instructor
    • Established new curriculum and standards evaluation
    • Created new PR strategies that grew the education wing of the organization 5 fold in one year
    • Directed main stage and touring productions
    • Served as Technical Director – Building and designing sets for the main-stage and touring engagements

The Piedmont Council for the Prevention of Child Abuse – Director - 1996 - 1997

    • Organized, directed and taught a group of dynamic teen actors in communicating the problem of child abuse and how to prevent it
    • Performances included street theatre, stage and television
    • Spearheaded a highly successful bumper sticker campaign - “Kids you can’t beat     ‘em”
    • Organized newspaper and TV press conferences

The Fine Arts Center - Educator - Director - 1994 - 1995

    • Taught theatre and filmmaking to Elementary, Middle and High School students for the specialized South Carolina arts program
    • Served as liaison between the Fine Arts Center and other departments in the school system.
